Face coverings in Community Facilities
From Saturday 8 August 2020, face coverings must be worn in Hub buildings.
There are exemptions for age, health or disability reasons.

NHS track and trace in Clegwell & Hartleyburn buildings
In accordance with Government guidance, we have been asked to collect visitor contact details to support the national NHS test and trace service.
We will ask for your:
- name
- contact number
We will also record:
- the date and time you visited
- the names of any members of staff you visited
Keeping your data safe
In line with Government guidance, we will:
- hold all information safely for 21 days
- dispose of all information securely
- share information with the NHS test and trace service if needed

When you are inside Clegwell & Hartleyburn Community Hubs building’s, please remember to:
- follow the arrows
- comply with the 2-metre social distancing guidance
- use the hand sanitiser dispensers when entering and exiting the building
- wear a face covering(from Saturday 8 August.
